Chief Director: Curriculum Support and Trainer Professionalisation
Take the lead in transforming public sector education through cutting-edge curriculum development and professional training initiatives.
This strategic senior management role offers the opportunity to:
- Drive curriculum innovation across the institution
- Lead digital learning transformation and EdTech integration
- Oversee accreditation and quality assurance systems
- Build partnerships with universities, SETAs, and international organisations
- Champion professionalisation programmes for ETD practitioners
Package Details
- Salary: R1 494 900 per annum
- Level 14 Position
- Based in Pretoria
Who Should Apply?
Professionals with:
- An NQF Level 7 qualification in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related fields
- Extensive leadership experience, including at least five years at senior management level
- Strong understanding of SAQA, QCTO, CHE, and NQF frameworks
Postgraduate qualifications and professional registration will be advantageous.
Director: Curriculum Support
The NSG is also searching for a forward-thinking Director to strengthen teaching and learning systems and support innovative curriculum delivery.
This role will allow you to:
- Develop impactful learning programmes
- Design blended and online learning solutions
- Create engaging eLearning materials
- Improve curriculum quality and accreditation standards
- Support constitutional values and citizen-centred service delivery
Package Details
- Salary: R1 266 714 per annum
- Level 13 Position
- Pretoria-based role
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- An NQF Level 7 qualification in Curriculum Development, Teaching, or Instructional Design
- At least five years of management experience
- Knowledge of digital learning systems and curriculum innovation
Experience in Public Affairs teaching and postgraduate qualifications will be beneficial.
