IPID is searching for motivated and experienced professionals with:

• An NQF Level 7 qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport & Asset Management, BCom, or related fields
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Asset management
  • Fleet or transport management
  • Supervisory duties
• A valid driver’s license

Candidates with knowledge of:

• LOGIS systems
• PFMA and Treasury Regulations
• SCM policies and compliance frameworks
• Fleet management systems

will have a strong advantage.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

As Assistant Director: Assets Management, you will:

• Manage departmental assets and fleet operations
• Maintain asset registers and barcode systems
• Oversee vehicle compliance and maintenance
• Monitor fuel usage and transport records
• Prepare important asset and audit reports
• Ensure compliance with SCM and Treasury regulations
• Supervise staff and strengthen internal controls
