Competitive Salary Packages

Directors: R1 266 714 per annum (all-inclusive)

Deputy Directors: R896 436 per annum (all-inclusive)

Assistant Directors: R468 459 per annum
Remuneration is aligned with DPSA guidelines and offers flexibility based on individual needs.
Who Should Apply?
These opportunities are ideal for professionals with:

NQF Level 7 or 8 qualifications in finance-related or governance fields

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of PFMA, MFMA, Treasury Regulations, and public service frameworks

Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills
Professional registrations such as CA(SA), CIA, PIA, RA, or Government Auditor will strengthen applications, particularly for audit and risk-related roles.
