🎓 Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must have:

Grade 12 (Matric)

A Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics (NQF Level 7)

At least 2 years of relevant experience in an agricultural economics environment

A valid driver’s license

As a Marketing Officer, you’ll play an important role in helping South Africa’s agricultural sector grow.
Your duties will include:
✔ Investigating market opportunities for agricultural products
✔ Helping historically disadvantaged producers access markets
✔ Supporting compliance with food safety standards
✔ Managing import and export quotas under international agreements
✔ Issuing and monitoring rebate permits
✔ Encouraging SME participation in agricultural programmes
✔ Preparing reports and supporting administrative processes
