💼 Finance Clerk: Financial Control and Accounting

  • Ref: DT03/2026 | Posts: 2 | Location: Pretoria

  • Salary: R228,321 per year + 37% in lieu of service benefits

What We’re Looking For:

  • Grade 12 certificate

  • Basic financial knowledge and data capturing skills

  • Understanding of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, PSA, PSR, PPPFA

  • Bonus: Experience with BAS, LOGIS, PERSAL, Safetyweb

  • Computer literate with good numeracy and communication

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Process journals and clear BAS exceptions

  • Capture & verify entity and banking details

  • Maintain accurate financial records

  • Reconcile payments and handle enquiries

  • Filing, reporting, and payment verification

💼 Finance Clerk: Creditors, Travel & Subsistence

  • Ref: DT04/2026 | Location: Pretoria

Your Profile:

  • Matric with Maths & Accounting

  • Knowledge of government finance processes

  • Exposure to BAS, LOGIS, PERSAL

  • Organized, independent, and detail-oriented

Your Role:

  • Process travel & subsistence claims

  • Capture advances & payments

  • Manage LOGIS orders and creditor payments

  • Maintain registers & respond to payment queries
