Who Should Apply?
You are a strong candidate if you have:

A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Law, Public Policy, or related fields

At least 5 years’ experience at junior management or Assistant Director level

Solid experience in policy and legislative drafting
-
A valid driver’s licence
You should also demonstrate:

Strategic leadership capability

Strong analytical and drafting skills
-
Financial and programme management competence
-
Knowledge of traditional governance systems
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
