This role places you at the centre of labour relations strategy, case management, and stakeholder engagement within IPID.
Who Should Apply
You should apply if you have:

A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management or Labour Relations
-
3–5 years’ practical experience in labour relations
-
A valid driver’s licence
-
Solid knowledge of public service labour laws and collective bargaining
You should be confident working with legislation such as the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
Your Key Impact
In this role, you will:

Manage grievances and misconduct cases
-
Represent IPID at forums such as the CCMA
-
Advise managers and employees on labour relations matters
-
Contribute to labour relations policy development
-
Facilitate training on disciplinary and grievance procedures
-
Support collective bargaining structures and labour–management relations
-
Maintain accurate records and compile strategic reports
