What We’re Looking For:

  • NQF Level 7 qualification in SCM, Procurement, or Logistics

  • 3–5 years supervisory experience in logistics

  • Knowledge of government systems (LOGIS, PFMA, Treasury Regulations)

  • Leadership and strategic planning skills

🌟 Senior Labour Relations Officer

  • Ref: Q9/2026/24 | Salary: R397,116 | Pretoria

  • Champion workplace harmony, manage grievances, represent IPID in forums, and help shape fair labour policies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in HR, Labour Relations, or Law

  • 3–5 years’ experience in labour relations

  • Strong knowledge of Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, BCEA

  • Skilled communicator and problem-solver
