Deputy Director: Conflict Prevention & Management

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate provincial conflict prevention strategies

Drive effective dispute and conflict resolution processes

Provide expert labour relations support across departments

Monitor and improve conflict management programmes

Share best practices, policies, and labour case law
What You Need
-
NQF Level 7 qualification in Labour Relations, Labour Law, or HR Management
-
6–7 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years at Assistant Director level
-
Strong knowledge of labour legislation and dispute resolution

Valid driver’s licence

What You Need

Matric plus an NQF Level 7 qualification in Accounting or related fields

2–3 years’ experience in financial management

Knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations
