What You’ll Need

A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (NQF Level 7)

3–5 years’ experience in legislative implementation or statutory support

A valid driver’s licence

Legislative drafting experience is a strong advantage
What You’ll Do

Interpret and implement legislation in the traditional affairs sector

Develop and monitor legislative implementation plans

Ensure compliance across stakeholders

Coordinate role players nationally

Support the National Initiation Oversight Committee (NIOC)
