This executive role is responsible for leading the department’s financial strategy, budgeting, and compliance functions.

You will oversee financial reporting, supply chain management, and ensure full compliance with public finance regulations such as the Public Finance Management Act.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Financial Management (NQF 7)

• At least 5 years’ senior management experience

• Strong leadership in financial governance

• Chartered Accountant qualification (advantage)

Chief Director: Compliance and Enforcement

Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R1 494 900 per annum

Lead environmental compliance across Gauteng and ensure environmental laws are properly enforced.

This position plays a critical role in protecting natural resources and enforcing legislation such as the National Environmental Management Biodiversity Act.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Law, Environmental Law, Natural Sciences, or related field

• 5+ years senior management experience

• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance systems

• Completion of the Nyukela Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme
