🎓 Who Can Apply?

To qualify, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in fields such as:

  • Public Administration

  • Business Management

  • Law

  • Economics

  • Development Studies

  • Or a related discipline

• 10+ years of professional experience

• At least 5 years in management, ideally in the public sector

• Strong knowledge of government compliance frameworks and the Public Finance Management Act

💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Director, you will play a key role in GTAC’s leadership team by:

✔ Driving strategic planning and governance compliance
✔ Managing knowledge management and research initiatives
✔ Leading institutional communication and media engagement
✔ Coordinating governance processes including EXCO and MANCO structures
✔ Supporting risk management and strategic reporting to the National Treasury
