Parliamentary and Cabinet Support
Ref: DWYPD/003/2026
Salary: R896 436 per annum (Level 11 – all-inclusive)
Location: Pretoria
Play a key role in supporting the Minister by coordinating parliamentary and Cabinet processes. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-level policy environments and enjoy translating complex legislative processes into clear, strategic guidance.
What You’ll Do:

Track and monitor parliamentary and Cabinet activities
-
Analyse legislation, committee reports, and Cabinet decisions
-
Engage with Parliament, Cabinet clusters, and executive stakeholders
-
Prepare briefings and provide strategic advice to leadership
What You’ll Need:
-
Grade 12 plus a relevant Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7)
-
3–5 years’ management-level experience
-
Strong understanding of government and parliamentary processes
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Equity preference: African Females, Coloured candidates, and Persons with Disabilities.
Administrative Support and Coordination

Salary: R896 436 per annum (Level 11 – all-inclusive)
Location: Pretoria
Join the Office of the Minister in a pivotal role that keeps executive operations running smoothly. This position suits an organised, people-focused professional with experience in executive office support and public administration.
What You’ll Do:

Manage office systems, records, and administrative processes

Coordinate Cabinet and parliamentary submissions

Oversee logistics, procurement, and budget administration

Lead stakeholder engagement and constituency coordination

Supervise and develop administrative staff
What You’ll Need:

Grade 12 plus a Diploma or Degree in Public Administration (NQF 6)

At least 3 years’ experience at Assistant Director or middle management level
-
Proven experience supporting senior executives
-
Strong organisational and people management skills
