To qualify, applicants must hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Town and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, or GISc, along with professional registration through SACPLAN or the South African Geomatics Council. At least five years of managerial experience is also required.
The successful candidate will lead spatial planning projects, support municipalities, manage GIS services, and help drive provincial development initiatives.
ICT Professionals Wanted in Pretoria
The department is also hiring an Assistant Director: ICT for its Pretoria office.
This opportunity is perfect for skilled IT professionals with qualifications in Information Technology or Computer Science and experience in network infrastructure, server support, and ICT operations.
The selected candidate will oversee ICT systems, maintain network services, support users, and contribute to important government ICT rollout projects.
Human Resources and Administration Opportunities
Applicants with HR experience can apply for the Human Resource Clerk Supervisor vacancy in Pretoria.
The role requires Grade 12 and at least three years of HR administration experience. Duties include recruitment administration, performance management support, PERSAL processing, and supervising HR functions.
