Your Impact in This Role

In this strategic leadership position, you will:

✔ Lead the provincial anti-corruption programme
✔ Promote ethical governance and integrity systems
✔ Oversee security management policies across departments
✔ Coordinate information security and vetting processes
✔ Work closely with national structures such as the State Security Agency
✔ Strengthen administrative and operational systems within the directorate

Who Should Apply?

You should apply if you have:

🎓 An NQF Level 7 qualification recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (preferably Public Administration)

📊 At least 5 years of management experience at middle or senior level

🛡 Experience in security, integrity, or governance management

Additional skills that will help you succeed include:

• Policy development expertise

• Knowledge of public service regulations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Stakeholder management

• Computer literacy

Successful candidates must also complete the SMS Pre-entry Programme offered by the National School of Government before appointment.
