Enterprise Risk Management Committee Chairperson (1 Position)
📍 Pretoria | ⏳ 3-Year Term (Renewable)
This leadership role is ideal for a highly experienced risk and governance professional with the ability to guide strategic decision-making at the highest level.
What We’re Looking For:

A relevant degree in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field
-
At least 10 years of senior management experience
-
Proven knowledge of PFMA, ISO 31000, King IV, COSO, and public sector risk frameworks
-
Prior experience as a Chairperson or member of a Risk or Audit Committee
Your Impact:

Lead the ERMC and drive effective risk governance
-
Advise the Accounting Officer on enterprise-wide risks
-
Shape risk appetite and tolerance across the department
-
Influence governance, compliance, and ethical leadership
ERMC Ordinary Member – Risk Management & Compliance

This role suits professionals passionate about strengthening organisational integrity and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Degree in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or related field

10+ years of management experience

Exposure to risk or audit committee work

Strong understanding of governance, ethics, and business continuity

Monitor enterprise risk management implementation

Strengthen ethics, integrity, and fraud risk controls
ERMC Ordinary Member – Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

A critical role for ICT leaders ready to influence digital governance in the public sector.
You Should Have:

Degree in ICT or a digital-related discipline

At least 10 years of ICT management experience

Expertise in ICT governance, risk, and audit processes

Previous committee experience

Advise on ICT governance and emerging technology risks

Ensure ICT compliance and effective governance oversight
