Are you an experienced finance or infrastructure professional ready to step into a high-impact leadership role? The Government Technical Advisory Centre (GTAC) is looking for a dynamic Deputy Director: Infrastructure Finance to help drive major public sector projects and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead financial analysis on major infrastructure and PPP projects

  • Work alongside private sector partners in high-level negotiations
  • Help design and improve national PPP policies
  • Advise government departments on strategic financial decisions
  • Strengthen systems, build capacity, and ensure compliance

🎯 What You Need to Apply

✔ Degree in Finance, Economics, Project Management, or similar
✔ 5+ years in financial analysis/project management
✔ 3+ years in a management role
✔ Strong skills in financial modelling, policy, and stakeholder engagement
