Annual Salary: R605,742 plus government benefits

Who Should Apply?
The department is seeking candidates who have:
✔ A Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
✔ A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related discipline
✔ A valid driver’s licence (not required for persons with disabilities)
✔ At least three years of supervisory experience

What Will You Do?
As part of the department’s mission-driven team, you will:
- Support the development and implementation of policies that advance women’s rights.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on gender-related matters.
- Coordinate with government departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing the National Strategic Plan on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide.
- Monitor programmes and evaluate their impact.
- Prepare reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for key engagements.
