Who Should Apply?
You are eligible if you have:

A CTA or equivalent qualification
-
A qualification that meets SAICA requirements for the January 2026 ITC
-
South African citizenship
-
A complete academic record
Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA (at the applicant’s cost).
What You’ll Do
During the programme, you will rotate across National Treasury units and:

Contribute to real public sector financial decisions

Support national policy and reform initiatives

Strengthen technical accounting and governance expertise

Help address critical skills gaps in the public sector
